We love using Jack & Charlie's Big Sauce for wings, smothering over chicken, burgers, ribs, and pork roasts, but don't limit yourself, check out these recipes for other ways to enjoy your favorite Jack & Charlie's flavor!

************************************************************************************** TRY THIS WITH THE ROASTED GARLIC SAUCE:

BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP submitted by Holly J. from Tripoli, Iowa & Liz R. from Waterloo, Iowa

I add a little more wing sauce and I use the big cans of canned chicken.

2 (10 ounce) cans chunk chicken, drained 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened 1 cup Ranch dressing 3/4 cup Jack & Charlie's Roasted Garlic Sauce 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

1 bunch celery, cleaned and cut into 4 inch pieces 1 (8 ounce) box chicken-flavored crackers

DIRECTIONS: 1.Heat chicken and hot sauce in a skillet over medium heat, until heated through. Stir in cream cheese and ranch dressing. Cook, stirring until well blended and warm. Mix in half of the shredded cheese, and transfer the mixture to a slow cooker. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top, cover, and cook on Low setting until hot and bubbly. Serve with celery sticks and crackers or tortilla chips.

SWEET HONEY BBQ AND SPICY BBQ:

TRY THIS TIP TO JAZZ UP YOUR CLUB SANDWICH OR TURKEY WRAP:

Instead of slathering plain old mayo on your sandwich, mix 1 part mayo to 1 part of your favorite Jack & Charlie's BBQ flavor (Sweet Honey or Spicy BBQ), or until desired taste achieved. Spread on your sandwich and enjoy!

SLATHER SPICY BBQ ON YOUR BURGER AND TOP WITH O'RINGS!!

************************************************************************************* BBQ BEEF

One 2-3 lb. arm roast, onion powder, garlic powder, salt & pepper, 1 can of beer or 8 oz of beef broth

Season roast to taste with onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper, sear meat in frying pan on stove with a couple TBSP of olive oil or canola oil until a nice crust forms. Place in roaster, add liquid (beer or broth) about half-way up the meat, if beer is left over, you may drink it now. Place in 250-300 degree oven for 2-3 hours, turning once half way through. Pull, shred, and cover with your favorite Jack & Charlie's BBQ flavor, and serve on a soft kaiser roll.

Try adding it to your meatloaf or chili!!!!!!!!!

Take a snack cracker and top with your favorite spreadable cheese (such as Shullsburg Cheddar Bacon), then add a dollop of Holy #%\*@!, VOILA`, hors d'oeuvres!!!
